In this week’s episode, Mike is going to share a few common “wants” that virtually all customers have in common. A mistake many service providers make is when they assume they know what their customers are looking for. They often times ” treat othewrs as they would like to be treated.” This was originally referred to as the Golden Rule. The new Platinum Rule suggests that we treat others like THEY would like to be treated.
