And I quote: “The day we stop losing sleep over the success of our own companies and start losing sleep over the success of our customers is the day our businesses will start growing again.”

Instead of focusing on we, me and I, begin to focus on you, them and theirs.

I also will remind you of the difference between pro and amateur status.
