It may take years to develop trust but it only takes seconds to lose it. This weeks episode highlights an example of how a trust can be lost before it is even established. Once any obstacle is placed in the way and I’m going communication very rarely can a trusting relationship be established. This week Mike will share a real example how his interpretation of services he thought he should be receiving created an unpleasant roadblock. Keep in mind that the reality of any situation comes from the inner feelings of the receiving audience. Once your customer or prospect raises a red flag, ongoing communication will prove to become rough sledding.
